Your Responsibilities:

Receiving and processing Conference & Events inquiries Handling Group & Tours reservations and planning Creating offers and proposals Managing your assigned customer segment and acting as the direct contact for our national and international guests Representing and actively selling our event facilities

What we do expect from you:

Completed apprenticeship in hospitality or event management Initial experience in international hospitality Friendly and communicative behaviour Strong sense of quality and attention to detail Excellent German and English skills Confident PC skills talent for organising and sales attitude Resilience, flexibility, and initiative
