In Frankfurt we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible in a full-time or part-time, permanent position as Graduate (all genders) in Global Markets FIG DCM

The division is, among others, a leading provider of investment banking, debt capital markets and sustainable financing services.


Global Markets business offers a broad range of products and services in the global interest rates, credit, currency, equities & commodity markets. Global Markets help their franchise of clients find effective ways to raise and invest capital as well as manage their exposure to risk. Their client base comprises of hundreds of corporations, institutional investors, banks, governments and supranational organizations.


Within Global Markets, BNP Paribas has a well-established business in Primary Markets, with a market-leading franchise in EMEA and a significant presence in the Americas and APAC. Primary Markets teams are mandated to originate and execute primary debt products (bonds) across the capital structure, providing funding and capital solutions to Financial Institutions, Sovereigns, Supranationals and Agencies (“SSAs”) and Corporates via global bond markets.

Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you




Supporting team members in client coverage and transaction activities
Analysing financial markets (in particular, FIG) trends and prospects
Providing active and adequate support during transaction execution including aspects related to compliance, legal, bookbuilding, client management and pricing
Understanding and valuing all business and transaction related risks, including market, credit, operational, compliance, legal, regulatory and reputation risks
Assisting in with drafting of roadshow presentations and client marketing events, Requests for Financial Proposals, Market Updates, information memorandums and regulatory documentation etc.
Supporting the development of strategic client relationships, promoting BNPP’s capabilities/services and anticipating their situation-driven requirement
Maintaining open communications with the team and stakeholders to ensure work is completed to a sufficient level

Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer




Master’s degree in Finance, Business or relevant
Technical experience related to DCM FIG transactions or of other structured products
Pre-existing knowledge of markets, bonds and products
Prior experience in DCM FIG is beneficial
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Client focused and detail-oriented working style
Ability to work in team and inspire others
Solid knowledge of MS Office Tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Full professional fluency in English and German (C1 Level required)
