Are you passionate about optimizing complex logistics networks? Do you combine analytical strength with strategic thinking and excellent stakeholder communication? As a Senior Expert for our Groupage Network, you’ll be at the heart of driving efficiency, quality, and growth across our pan-European road logistics setup.

How you create impact

Analyze and continuously improve our European groupage network performance Drive network expansion through strategic planning and cross-country standardization Conduct AS-IS analysis of distribution, cross-dock, and linehaul structures Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., RRMT, road operations, SMEs) across regions and verticals Co-develop and implement new CODI tariff structures Monitor KPIs, identify improvement areas, and support data-driven decisions Contribute to major road logistics transformation initiatives globally

What we would like you to bring

Several years of experience in logistics, ideally in groupage or network planning Proven track record in network optimization and process standardization Strong strategic mindset and ability to think across business units Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Hands-on, self-driven, and team-oriented personality Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken) Willingness to travel approximately 40 days per year
