Steer global employer reputation dashboard, ensuring ROI-focused strategy and implementation
Partner with Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams on joint projects and communication initiatives
Act as strategic sparring partner for global stakeholders, sharing best practices and driving innovation

What makes you a good fit
Master’s degree in economics, business administration (preferably marketing, communication or human resources) or psychology
4–5 years’ experience in employer branding, talent acquisition, or strategic HR
Strong strategic, analytical, and project management skills with a digital mindset
Proven stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders globally
Innovative team player with entrepreneurial drive and curiosity for new talent trends
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities in English
