About the Role
The Community Operations organization at Uber is responsible for providing world-class support to our driver community. As a Greenlight Specialist, you'll be a key part of this team, working in one of our Greenlight Hubs. These hubs are essential for onboarding new drivers, building engagement with our platform, and acting as a central point for drivers in their city. You'll help our driver partners achieve their goals, strengthen their connection to the platform, and support Uber's overall growth.
What You'll Do
Customer Support & Driver Growth:
Provide personalized, world-class support while proactively onboarding new drivers across Austria and promoting the value of the Uber platform.Operational Excellence & Problem Solving:
Act as a subject matter expert by monitoring real-time operations, resolving or escalating stakeholder issues, and providing feedback to optimize team processes.Partner Success & Local Execution:
Empower drivers and partners to succeed on the platform while supporting the planning and execution of local events and promotions.Basic Qualifications
Experience
: Prior experience in customer service is an advantage.Languages
: Fluent in German and good command of English; additional languages are a plus.Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Qualifications
Aptitude
: High level of empathy and effective problem-solving abilities.Approach
