Check-in and check-out Responsibility and leadership of the individual shifts Warm care of our international guests Implementation of specialist training and further development of our employees Shared responsibility for the achievement of economic goals Independent complaint management Opportunity to collaborate on projects Adherence to and implementation of our brand standards

Be able.

Completed training in the hotel industry Front office experience in upscale hotels Fluent in German and English Strong feeling for the different needs of our complex and demanding guests Very good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of Opera is an advantage a competent and authoritative appearance Fancy a new challenge at one of Europe's largest airport hotels
