THE ROLE



Zattoo is the leading player in TV-as-a-Service across Europe, serving users, broadcasters, and operators. We free TV from broadcast restrictions enabling users to enjoy TV content on any device at any time. If you like to solve problems and exchange ideas to build the best solutions to make a positive impact on the industry, we are happy to welcome you to the team.



We are looking for a passionate Freelance Product Designer for our Watch Experience team to design a seamless watch interface that empowers users to consume and interact with TV and video streaming, delivering the best possible viewing experience.



For 1 year, you will also be part of our 12-member Product Design & Research team, that focuses on redesigning the next TV experience by iterating on a diverse set of platforms on our existing products.

Details:

1-year contract, 4 days a week, daily rate: up to 450€



WHAT YOU’LL DO



Use data to understand user journeys and identify possible improvements Define when and what to track to better inform design decisions Conduct user tests to better understand how to improve our product Join workshops to get a shared understanding of the problem Partner with peers and cross-disciplinary teams to collaborate on creating solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING



You excel at translating user needs into concrete solutions. 2+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer A portfolio of professional work in the streaming industry is required. Passion for user-centered design to solve the needs users have Expertise in the layout of information to reduce cognitive load. Excellent problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations You have an eye for detail and consistency. Before you reinvent the wheel, you look for solutions that may already exist in the Product and can be reused or adapted Great communication skills in written and verbal English and the capability to interact with different stakeholders Self-motivated and able to work independently, with the ability to switch between different projects. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience using tools such as Figma & Miro Bonus: Fluency in German
