The Role

We’re looking for an exceptional

Founders Associate

to work directly with our CEO, Janina Möllmann, with a core focus on our go-to-market strategy and growth initiatives. You will be the strategic right-hand to our CEO, taking ownership of growth functions while accelerating our marketing and community efforts. This position is perfect for an ambitious professional who thrives in startup environments and wants to take ownership of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with our CEO Own and optimise our HubSpot marketing hub and our Website (Hubspot and/or Webflow experience is a plus)

Community Building & Event Management

Build and nurture a thriving community of legal professionals Develop content strategies that position GAIA as a thought leader in legal innovation Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and conference participation

Growth Operations & Analytics

Establish and monitor key growth metrics and KPIs Collaborate with product teams to implement growth-focused features

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Background

1-3 years of experience in a consultancy, investor or at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, previous GTM experience is a strong plus Tech savvy: You know how to use the newest tools and are eager to implement AI wherever possible English C1, German skills are a plus Experience with legal tech or professional services is a strong plus
