The Institute of Software Security provides a dynamic and multidisciplinary research environment with the aim of creating new fundamental knowledge through innovation. Our research covers a wide range of activities related to the design and implementation of secure and privacy-friendly applications, particularly in the realms of micro-services, IoT ecosystems, and cyber-physical systems.
The working language is English.
We are located in Hamburg, a vibrant and attractive city in the north of Germany, which is very well connected to both national and international destinations.
YOUR TASKS
Correspondence, written and verbally, general administrative and secretarial tasks
Preparation of applications for employment and continued employment requests
Independent coordination & organization of events
Travel planning and preparation as well as travel expenses reporting
Management of budget and third-party-funds overviews
YOUR PROFILE
Requirements
Completed training or apprenticeship as Foreign Language Correspondent or
Specialist knowledge equivalent
Required knowledge and personal skills
excellent command of both German and English
motivated and proactive
high level of organizational and communication skills.
