FMEA EXPERT (W/M/D)
Responsibilities


Leitung von Teamsitzungen, um potenzielle Fehlerursachen und deren Auswirkungen zu identifizieren und zu bewerten. Identifizierung von Fehlern in Produkten, Prozessen und Systemen, sowie deren Auswirkungen auf den Betrieb und die Benutzer. Einschätzung der Wahrscheinlichkeit und der Schwere von Fehlern, um Risiken zu priorisieren. Erstellung von FMEA-Berichten und Dokumentation der durchgeführten Analysen und Maßnahmen. Vermittlung von FMEA-Methoden und -Prinzipien an andere Mitarbeiter sowie Beratung bei der Anwendung von FMEA. Überprüfung und Verbesserung bestehender FMEA-Prozesse und -Methoden. Qualifications


Abgeschlossene Meisterausbildung, Technikerausbildung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung. Fundierte Kenntnisse der FMEA-Methodik (z.B. VDA, AIAG). Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Produktentwicklung, Fertigung oder Prozessmanagement. Fähigkeit, Teams zu leiten, Diskussionen zu fördern und Konsens zu erzielen. Klare und präzise Kommunikation von Informationen und Ergebnissen. Some of your Benefits
