Automated Driving SOTIF Expert*
We are responsible for advanced technology research, architectural development, design and strategic engineering on a variety of ADAS products. Join our rapidly growing and focused on advanced automotive technologies in multiple domains team.


Ihr Aufgabengebiet

Quantitative and qualitative analysis of AD/ADAS and Active Safety, application of ISO 26262 and ISO 21448 safety analysis methods (e.g. FMEDA, FTA, STPA). Develop system safety concept and review of system architecture including identification, definition and specification of safety measures and requirements. Interact with system engineering and development teams for designing and reviewing AD/ADAS system safety architectures, including fail-operational, fail-degraded and fail-safe aspects. Define and review of system and software level (safety) requirements considering performance, functional safety and SOTIF properties. Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, trends, and new best practices to extract and share key insights within the organization impacting our ADS solution.

Ihr Profil

MSc. or PhD. Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent automotive system/software safety engineering experience. Profound practical experience in SOTIF engineering, including ISO21448, STPA, residual risk quantification and other state-of-the-art methods. Knowledge in automotive safety engineering including ISO26262, functional and technical safety concepts, HAZOP/HARA/FMEA/FTA methods. Familiarity with L2/NCAP regulations and requirements, safety challenges and solutions, and applicable safety standards. Hands-on attitude and positive engagement to inspire and motivate teammates. Professional proficiency in English. German and/or Chinese knowledge are an advantage Willing to travel abroad (up to 25% of the time)
