Your Responsibilities
As a Financial Accountant at Raisin, you will be an integral part of our international accounting team and report directly to our Team Lead Accounting & Tax.
  • You provide support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • You accurately record current business transactions in accounts receivable, accounts payable, intercompany, fixed asset accounting, and payroll accounting.
  • You demonstrate independence and proficiency in handling accounting tasks.
  • Your responsibilities also include performing GL account reconciliations and analysis.
  • Furthermore, you actively contribute to process optimization and development within the accounting department.
  • Collaboration with other departments is an integral part of your role.
Your Profile
  • Successfully completed studies with a focus on finance or training to become an independent accountant (Bilanzbuchhalter/-in).
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in accounting, ideally in an international company and/or in auditing/tax consulting.
  • In-depth knowledge of the German Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (HGB) and/or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), as well as experience in preparing individual financial statements.
  • Familiarity with the ERP system "Oracle NetSuite" or a comparable ERP system.
  • Proficient in using modern communication and organizational tools such as Zoom, Slack, Google G-Suite, etc.
  • High level of social competence, strong communication skills, and personal responsibility.
  • Independent, structured, analytical, and goal-oriented approach to work.
  • Excellent English skills and good written and spoken German skills.
  • Analytical mindset, affinity for numbers, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.
