Your Tasks

An

18-month structured development programme

that takes you through key areas of our international finance organisation – from operational business units, corporate functions at our headquarter in Mannheim and specialised financial services. You’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of our finance landscap

International exposure:

Spend the majority of your time abroad in European countries and broaden your global perspective

Responsibility from day one:

Work on real business challenges in international teams and present your solutions directly to senior leadership

Personalised learning opportunities and targeted training

will support your individual growth, helping you to build on your strengths and develop key competencies

Your Profile

A successfully completed Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field – ideally from an international university Up to two years of relevant work experience, or you are about to complete your PhD You are passionate about finance and motivated to work across Europe You have strong communication skills – clear, empathetic and engaging – and the ability to collaborate effectively across cultures. You don't just see working in international teams as a given; you see it as a true enrichment Fluent English, both written and spoken; German skills are an advantage
