We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant and Executive Assistant who will play a critical role in managing financial operations while also supporting our president. This unique position comprises 80% accounting duties and 20% administrative support, ensuring our organisation runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your responsibilities

Bank Reconciliation 30% + Conduct daily checks on bank accounts in various currencies
+ Manage cash application processes
+ Booking Credit/Debit Notes

?+ Creating Account Receivable invoices
GNMS 20% + Calculation of GNMS claims for HQ and international subsidiaries
+ Handle system requests and monitor approval processes
Reporting(Statistic) 10% + Prepare and manage Z4, Z5 reports and monthly trade surveys
GFVS: 20% + Validate pending cases and identify precise causes of issues
+ Control internal processes and provide support for resolving issues
+ Communicate with HQ and facilitate system requests
+ Compile and report on monthly heatmap data
CATS 15% + Prepare reasoned evidence for each control
+ Verify the consistency of documentation and explanations
+ Review and assess the appropriateness of processes
DMS, OCR: 5% ?
+ Check and deliver incoming invoices promptly
+ Maintain responsiveness in communication

Your qualifications

Successfully completed commercial training and further training as an accountant or degree in accounting 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting in an international environment Very good understanding of numbers. Care and accuracy Flexibility, resilience, and high self-motivation Fluent German and English skills
