Deine Aufgaben – hier packst du mit an!

Disziplinarische Führung von Servicetechnikern im Bereich SKT (Service-Lift, Leiter- und Steigschutzsysteme) in Teams mit bis zu 30 Mitarbeitenden (aktuell ca. 16 Mitarbeiter) Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs durch Initiierung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen und Projekten, sowie Rekrutierung, Einarbeitung und kontinuierliche Weiterbildung der Mitarbeitenden Analyse von Kennzahlen (KPIs) und Performance-Daten sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen Überwachung und Steuerung der Arbeitszeitkonten in Abstimmung mit Technikern und Planern Verantwortung für die Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsrichtlinien im Feld Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Backoffice-Team zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Servicegeschäfts

Dein Profil – damit überzeugst du uns!

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation Du kannst technische Berichte selbstständig bearbeiten und dokumentieren Du hast einen Festen Standort, jedoch muss auch mal raus ins Feld gefahren werden Du bringst Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft und iOS-Betriebssystemen bzw. Apps mit und hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit SAP Du bringst Höhentauglichkeit mit und kannst auch über den Wolken sicher agieren Du besitzt einen Führerschein, idealerweise der Klasse BE Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
