Job Qualifications
Completion of high school or the equivalent. Accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred. Must possess the ability, knowledge, and skill to operate/use the appropriate systems/software/hardware and standard accounting machines.

Major Duties
Provides high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Greets each customer upon contact and/or line of sight. Keeps their needs foremost and creates a welcoming environment, actively engages, and builds trust relationship with the customer in order to deliver a personalized customer experience.
Performs administrative and clerical functions related to utilities consumption and costs, capital program (CP), Exchange facility master plan, and other files, documents, and reports.
Prepares and processes vendor invoice for payment. Initiates new vendor codes for procurement and payment. Prepares solicitation packages and requisitions for purchase orders and delivery orders for equipment and other fixed assets for approved and fund cost management project. Receives and validates receipts of all orders and reconciles monthly facility credit card charges.
Processes fixed asset write-off action for Exchange level approval and submits the appropriate use forms for over the limit or B&I write-off actions. Maintains information in capital program.
Types letters and forms associated with, but not limited to, contracts, purchase orders, etc. Maintains and updates appropriate files, logs, records, and maintenance service requests. Reviews and assigns maintenance service requests for specific areas and ensures proper billing.
Use of PC for data entry and use of appropriate systems/software/hardware for correspondence, reports, etc.
Assures compliance with fire, safety, and security regulations, as well as ensuring the security of fixed assets, cash, and inventory. Practices loss prevention procedures and alerts security and management of potential problems that may involve fraud, waste, and abuse.
Performs other duties as assigned.
