Who you are


Completed commercial training or comparable qualification, 3-5 years of experience in customer service or sales - ideally in logistics Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident, assertive manner High level of customer and service orientation as well as solution-oriented thinking Business fluent Italian, both written and spoken, good English skills Structured, independent way of working and ability to work in a team with intercultural competence What we Offer
