YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

Lead complex negotiations

You are responsible for managing procurement for our rental fleet across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg

Drive strategic partnerships

You negotiate with international vehicle manufacturers and dealers to secure optimal terms and conditions

Shape fleet strategy

You plan optimal fleet composition in collaboration with Yield Management, Controlling and OEM Business Development

Build your professional network

You serve as primary contact for suppliers, expanding relationships at trade fairs, business meetings, and events

Pioneer new mobility solutions

You help develop innovative products like subscription models with vehicle manufacturers

Close complex deals

You document successful negotiations in legally binding contracts with legal and tax department support

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Education

You successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field

Experience

You have a background in automotive, purchasing, B2B sales, or comparable professional areas

Analytical skills

You bring strong Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables) with an analytical mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving

Communication

You have excellent negotiation and communication abilities and a team-oriented, proactive attitude

Work style

You work precisely, structured, and you are reliable with motivation to grow in an international, fast-paced environment

Languages

You are fluent in German and English
