Executive Assistant

, passionate about our mission and with significant experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to support our Chief Technology and Product Officer.
This exciting role allows you to grow professionally, doing impactful work in partnership with our inspiring CTPO, and be part of our global team. This role is based in

Berlin on a part time basis

, reporting to our CTPO.

What you will do

Carry out effective schedule management and proactively support with meeting preparation Book international travel & process expense claims Contribute to the effective rhythm of business and team culture of the teams Provide support with presentations / pre-reading ahead of meetings where required Maintain strong relationships with other Executive Assistants and the wider Executive committee Build effective relationships across all levels of the organization actively role modeling Vestiaire’s values Carry out ad-hoc research into key questions/requirements Support team events and Executive committee at team level
