PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION
Support the VP and deliver a high service mentality to ensure effective and efficient organization in the department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Take charge of routine correspondence to ensure timely and accurate response
Format, type and edit a variety of material, including correspondence, memos, minutes, reports and confidential material
Schedule and organize internal and external meetings/conferences
Coordinate and execute travel arrangements and support the entire Retail&Franchise team (e.g. flight and hotel booking, Visa)
Support to complete travel expense reports
Handle the department cost-center, including regular monitoring for budgets, approval of invoices to ensure correct accounting transactions
Maintain and update templates, department files and Organizational charts and assist in creating/revising of presentations
Assist in and coordinate projects and assignments as requested/directed
GENERAL TASKS
Order office supplies and administrate the shopping platform
Coordination and administration of investment requests (budget management)
Support the on boarding of new team members (workspace, hardware supply, master data maintenance, access rights, office supplies, etc.)
Supporting office setups and moves within HQ
Understands and provides information about standards, processes and policies
Support the teams in day to day business
