This role is remote based, anywhere in Germany. However, due to travel, it would be advantageous if you were situated within a reasonable distance to a main airport, or willing to travel..

This is an exciting role to play a pivotal part in our continued success in Europe. You will be expect to travel regularly to countries such as Holland, Finland and Switzerland amongst others.

Key Responsibilities:



Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competition; identify customer needs and market opportunities. Sales Development: Forecast and identify new business opportunities; maintain a strong sales pipeline. Customer Relationships: Build and sustain customer relationships; provide commercial and technical guidance. Negotiations: Contribute to contract and pricing negotiations; ensure project profitability. Event Representation: Identify and attend relevant events in Europe, representing Cleveland Cable Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams and international offices for seamless integration. Sales Tracking: Monitor sales pipelines; implement corrective actions for deviations. Planning: Develop mid- and long-term sales and pricing strategies for European markets

Your profile:



A minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales role B2B preferrable in electrical cables or related industries A "hunter" profile with a proven ability to generate Customer-Leads and drive revenue Knowledge of the electrical industry, coupled with experience in the cables market is a plus. Ability to orchestrate international offices and demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills. Natural team player with robust interpersonal skills. Fluency in English. Willingness to travel within the region. This is a high level of travel role
