We are seeking a highly talented sales leader to drive the commercial success of a breakthrough infectious diseases therapy across Europe. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape regional launch strategy, build a high-performing team, and make a direct impact on patient outcomes across multiple markets.



We’re looking for an experienced and strategic commercial leader to oversee the launch and growth of a new infectious diseases product across a designated European cluster. In this role, you will build and inspire a regional sales team, drive execution of the European commercial strategy, and adapt plans to local market needs to deliver outstanding performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



Lead commercial strategy and operational execution across the cluster Build, coach, and lead a team of Hospital Specialists and Key Account Managers Drive revenue, market share, and launch excellence across priority markets Lead local launch and lifecycle management in collaboration with Medical, Market Access, and Marketing Develop strong relationships with infectious disease specialists, pharmacists, administrators, and national KOLs Guide local account planning and optimise resource deployment Use data, analytics, and CRM insights to inform decision-making Ensure compliant and high-quality customer engagement across all activities Represent local needs in European leadership forums and shape regional strategy Foster a hybrid working culture with strong field leadership and digital engagement

REQUIREMENTS



Extensive commercial leadership experience in infectious diseases or related specialty areas Proven success leading national sales teams and managing launches in the hospital environment Strong understanding of European hospital systems, reimbursement pathways, and access processes Skilled in building high-performing teams across field and hybrid settings Strategic mindset with strong execution, communication, and influencing capabilities Proficiency with digital and remote engagement tools (e.g., Veeva, Teams) Ability to thrive in a matrixed, multicultural organisation
