Full-Time, Flexible Hours

Compensation:

$1,250–$1,750/month base + Performance bonuses (targeting $3k–$5k/month total comp)

ABOUT THE ROLE



You'll spearhead the growth of a Professional EOS (Entrepreneurial operating system) Implementer's practice, taking full ownership of scaling from current state to 20 active clients within 12 months. This means orchestrating 100 paid EOS sessions at $4,000–$6,000 per session through strategic lead generation, relationship building, and conversion optimization.

You'll leverage cutting-edge AI tools and proven sales methodologies to identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects. This isn't just lead generation; you're building a sustainable client acquisition engine that drives real business impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Lead Generation & Prospecting:Build and maintain targeted CRM of qualified leads (CEOs, founders, Vistage members). Execute warm and cold outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and direct contact. Research and identify high-potential prospects using advanced sourcing tools

Sales Process Management:Follow up with prospects and move leads through defined sales funnel. Book and coordinate intro calls with qualified prospects. Support the founder through the sales process with prospect research and preparation

Pipeline & Reporting: Monitor pipeline metrics and maintain CRM accuracy. Submit comprehensive weekly progress reports. Track conversion rates and optimize outreach strategies

QUALIFICATIONS



Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) - written and spoken communication skills Proven experience with AI tools for content creation and automation Hands-on experience with CRM and outreach tools (or ability to learn quickly) Problem ownership mentality: solution-focused, autonomous, and persistent Experience working with founders, coaches, or entrepreneurs B2B outbound sales experience (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) Familiarity with coaching or consulting sales processes Calendar and CRM management experience

Plus:

Knowledge of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) or similar business frameworks

LinkedIn Sales Navigator + Apollo.io for lead sourcing Lemlist, Instantly, or Smartlead for automated email campaigns ChatGPT + Jasper for message scripting and personalization Calendly for appointment scheduling GoHighLevel or Pipedrive for CRM management

KPIs / SUCCESS METRICS



500+ outreach attempts per week (email, LinkedIn, calls) 10+ booked intro calls per week 1–2 new client signings per month 80% CRM accuracy and completeness Weekly reports submitted by Friday EOD
