EMEA Procurement Client Experience Lead

Your Mission

As the

Procurement Client Experience Market Lead (Market CXL)

, you will shape the future of procurement across the EMEA region. In this pivotal role, you will translate Accenture’s global procurement strategy into regional execution, build trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders, and drive measurable business impact. By leading cross-functional teams and embedding best practices, you will enable transformation, innovation, and operational excellence across seven Market Units.

Strategic Impact

You will deliver the global procurement vision across EMEA, ensuring policies, compliance, and governance priorities are consistently executed while driving alignment with enterprise-wide goals.

Trusted Stakeholder Partnership

You will engage with senior leaders across Finance, Legal, Operations, Tax, and Corporate Services to position procurement as a strategic enabler, while mitigating risks and managing enterprise-wide outcomes.

Transformation & Leadership

You will champion innovation and intelligent operations, oversee performance across procurement services, and foster an inclusive, high-performing leadership culture within distributed teams.

Qualifikationen

Strong

commercial acumen

with expertise in strategic sourcing across direct and indirect categories (e.g., Technology, HR, Marketing, Workplace, External Talent).

Track record of

engaging senior stakeholders

and influencing C-level governance.

Deep knowledge of

procure-to-pay processes, digital sourcing platforms, and data-driven decision-making

.

Experience managing

large, diverse teams across multiple geographies

, with strong people development skills.

Fluent in

English

(additional European languages are an advantage);

degree-level education

required, advanced procurement or leadership qualifications preferred.
