We are looking for a reliable and motivated employee (m/f/d) to strengthen the team for our renowned, international and innovative client from the aerospace industry at the Manching location.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Im Bereich Platform Operational Support wird der gesamte Lebenszyklus softwareintensiver Ground Support-Systeme (GSS) für alle Flugplattformen im Portfolio wie Eurofighter, Tornado, A400M, Eurodrone oder FCAS abgedeckt. Die GSS-Produkte umfassen die Aufbereitung und Auswertung von Flugzeugmissionsdaten, bieten Schnittstellen zu den Bordsystemen und unterstützen die Analyse der Missionsausführung.



Als Engineering Project Manager (EPM) hat der Stelleninhaber die Möglichkeit, ein umfangreiches Projekt zur Erneuerung und Harmonisierung der IT-Infrastruktur des Kunden zu gestalten, das die komplette Suite von Electronic Warfare Ground Support Systems beherbergt und spannende Cloud- und Containertechnologien einbezieht.

Engineering Project Manager

für Electronic Warfare Ground Support System (w/m/d) mit folgenden Aufgaben:


Technische Verantwortung eines Projektteams, das mehrere Entwicklungsabläufe unterstützt Verantwortung für die zugewiesenen Projektaufgaben übernehmen und den vereinbarten Umfang, die Zeit, die Kosten und die Qualitätsanforderungen verwalten Projektprioritäten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektmanagementorganisation verwalten Lieferantenmanagement Fokus auf Kundenzufriedenheit und Sicherstellung der vollständigen Einhaltung gültiger Regeln und Vorschriften Planung, Koordination und Durchführung technischer Überprüfungen gemäß Airbus-Prozessen und Bereitstellung regelmäßiger Statusberichte Leitung der Integrations- und Qualifizierungsaktivitäten innerhalb des Projekts Aktives Management von Risiken und Chancen Unterstützung und Teilnahme an Kundenmeetings als Vertreter des Engineering




In Platform Operational Support the whole life cycle of software-intensive Ground Support is involved, systems (GSS) for all flying platforms in the portfolio such as Eurofighter, Tornado, A400M, Eurodrone or FCAS. The GSS products comprise the preparation and evaluation of aircraft mission data, provide interfaces to the airborne systems and support the analysis of the mission execution.



As Engineering Project Manager (EPM) the jobholder will have the opportunity to shape an extensive project for the renewal and harmonization of the customers IT-Infrastructure hosting the complete suite of Electronic Warfare Ground Support Systems, involving exciting cloud and containerization technologies.



The jobholder works as an

Engineering Project Manager for Electronic Warfare Ground Support System (f/m/d)

with the following tasks:


Technical responsibility of a project team, supporting several development streams Take over responsibility for the assigned project tasks and manage the agreed scope, time, cost and quality requirements Manage project priorities in cooperation with Project Management Organization Supplier Management Focus on Customer satisfaction and ensure full compliance with valid rules and regulations Planning, coordinating and performing technical reviews according to Airbus processes and provide regular status reports Lead the integration and qualification activities within the project Actively manage risks and opportunities Support to and participate in Customer meetings as representative of Engineering

Ihre Qualifikationen:

erfolgreich abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium idealerweise im Bereich Informatik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder einer artverwandten Studienrichtung minimum 5 - 7 Jahre Erfahrung als technischer Projektmanager (vorzugsweise im Luft- und Raumfahrtbereich oder einem ähnlichen technischen Sektor) ist notwendig Zertifizierung im Projektmanagementumfeld ist ein Plus Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Spezifika der elektronischen Kampfführungsunterstützungssystemen oder ähnlichen Systemen ist gewünscht sehr gute Kenntnisse der entwicklungsspezifischen Prozesse und Standards sind ein Plus sehr gute IT Kenntnisse verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse und gute Deutschkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt Teamfähigkeit Offenheit, Eigeninitiative und hohe Qualitätsorientierung
