Katrium is hiring Dutch speaking interviewers for an upcoming B2B telephone survey project!

Are you looking for a flexible, rewarding remote job? Do you want to contribute to societally valuable market research? Katrium is seeking fluent Dutch speakers to conduct telephone interviews. Work from home, set your own schedule, and earn an hourly wage while contributing to meaningful research—no sales involved.

Who We're Looking For:

Native or native level Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills. English proficiency for team collaboration. Experience in structured interviews (B2B/B2C preferred). Detail-oriented, with strong accuracy in data collection.
For the tasks, a reliable computer, headset and internet connection are required. Further requirements are listed below. Please read through them carefully.

Homeworking Technical Requirements:

Stable internet connection via DSL, Cablenet and/or Fios.

Minimum 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload.

Please use https://www.speedtest.net/ to check your download and upload speed

Local network at home:

Ideal: Use cabled connection with a bandwidth of at least 100Mbps.

Wi-Fi minimum standard: type 802.11n (Wi-Fi 4)

Also permitted: 802.11ac (Wi-Fi 5), 802.11ad and 802.11ah

Important: The use of Mobile telephone Hotspots and open Wi-Fi are prohibited.

Computer:

PC with Windows 10/11

Chrome browser as default browser (latest version)

Processor: Intel i5 running at 2.5GHz or AMD equivalent, or better

RAM: Preferred 8GB but at least 4GB

HD space: at least 100GB free space

Or :

MacBook/iMac with iOS 12 or higher

Chrome browser (latest version) for MacOS

Safari/ Mozilla / Internet Explorer is not to be used

Processor: 2.5GHz or better

RAM: 8GB or better

Hardware peripheral specification

Screen size 15” or better.

Good quality headset.

Wireless headsets, earpods and earbuds are prohibited.

Please note: Android and Apple tablets/phablets and Chromebooks are not supported!
