, you will learn all about social media marketing and advertising and advise various customers on their marketing campaigns.

What you will do in this role

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Advisor (m/f/d) Social Media Support in our team you will:

Have a

paid, extensive training

about all things social media

- like digital marketing, online advertising and more. Deal with the customer's various concerns regarding their social media account, marketing measures and their advertising effectiveness and offering them the right solution. Analyse and measure success metrics and optimize ad placements so your customer will have a powerful, successful marketing campaign. Constantly expand your knowledge of the ever-changing world of social media so that you are always up to date with new developments.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

Are

proficient or bilingual in Dutch

in speech and writing. Also have a

good command of written and spoken English

. Are

service-orientated and communicative

and are able to meet customers at eye level in a friendly and pleasant manner. Are interested in social media, online media or digital marketing. Can

flexibly cover the service hours

(Monday – Sunday from 08am – 11pm), which are staffed using a rotating multi-shift system. Are a German resident. Unfortunately, applicants from Saxony, Hesse, Saarland and Hamburg cannot be considered, even if they have a secondary residence in another state. Can fulfil the requirements for a remote workplace. Are willing to continuously expand your skills.

Ideally you already have:

Experience in customer service

A recognised qualification and experience in customer service support.
