Deine Aufgaben:

Neue Channel Partner gezielt identifizieren, qualifizieren und erfolgreich onboarden



Förderung des Umsatzwachstums inkl. Überwachung und Optimierung der erforderlichen Maßnahmen



Markt- und Potenzialanalysen in EMEA systematisch durchführen, um nachhaltiges Wachstum zu sichern



Erarbeitung, Einführung und kontinuierliche Optimierung neuer Prozesse



Projektverfolgung in Kooperation mit den CP´s



Schulung, Coaching der CP´s und Pflege unseres Channel Partner Programms CP²



Dokumentation der Vertriebstätigkeit im CRM-System

Dein Profil:

Erfahrung idealerweise im Vertrieb oder Outbound-Marketing



Spaß und Experimentierfreudigkeit mit neuen Technologien & Verkaufsideen, um Best Practices zu erreichen



Strukturierte Persönlichkeit, die Spaß daran hat, sich und ihren Arbeitstag selbst zu gestalten



Gelegentliche internationale Reisebereitschaft



Leidenschaft, um Strukturen und Prozesse zu schaffen und zu optimieren



Kommunikationsstark und verhandlungssicher in Englisch und Deutsch, gern auch weitere Sprache
