Lead of Product Management for Fuel Systems & Pentatonic
Strong interaction with OEMs to understand related strategies, expectations and related opportunities for Kautex
Strong internal interaction with CBUs, Engineering and other functions to gain understanding about market situations, market needs
Understand competitive situation related to our products
Development of Product Strategy for Fuel Systems & Pentatonic
Regular communication of product strategy to Senior Leadership and within the Kautex organization
Drive Market Analysis activities, based on Market Studies and advanced tools
Lead of product management teams and of cross-functional team activities.
Direct report to VP Innovation & Strategy
10 plus years of automotive experience
Strong experience in OEM interaction
Multi-year Sales background (preferred)
Deep product knowledge in Fuel Tanks and Pentatonic
Deep knowledge about Automotive Market and related Technology Trends
Proven business background
Strong communication skills
Highest engagement and motivation
Proven networking skills
Leadership experience
