As our Director of Engineering, you will lead a team of around 60 engineers organized under 4 Senior Engineering Managers, driving both technical excellence and cultural transformation. You'll be responsible for modernizing our platform and building EMSPaaS ( e-Mobility Service Provider as a Service) - empowering others to create delightful charging experiences across Europe and Japan. Proven Leadership at Scale
: 10+ years in software engineering with at least 5 years leading engineering managers and building organizations of 50+ engineers
Strong background in FinTech and Cloud technologies (ideally Azure), with hands-on experience in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and modern development practices
