As such, you will be involved in the roll-out of various IT systems, developing and implementing transformation roadmaps, and may take on ad hoc responsibility of areas in the IT department that need close management and transformation support.
What you will do

Programme Planning
: Defines IT programme scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develops comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Identifies and manages project dependencies, risks and issues.
Programme Execution
: Coordinates and leads project teams, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget. Monitors project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget. Stakeholder Management

: Lead and manage special projects as assigned by the Global VP of IT.
What we are looking for
Academic Qualifications and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields
Significant demonstrable working experience in a strategic leadership and management position, preferably working as a senior strategy manager in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
Significant experience overseeing projects through the full life cycle
Significant demonstrated experience in working closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at different levels in the business
Excellent management and leadership skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
