Job Description

In your new role you will:

Lead an international team

of IT business consultants, solutions designers and solution engineers

Coach and support the cross regional team

and keep the team up to date with regard to

innovations and new trends

Coordinate the

digital roadmap for the related area

together with business counterparts

Consult Procurement Management on digitalization

, AI use cases and drive Infineon’s global S/4 HANA rollout Align with IT Architects on the

future system landscape

and

integration capabilities

for the related area Derive from the

specific business requirements particular innovation ideas, demands, projects to support the digital roadmap

and

support the scoping, scheduling and execution of projects

Maintain a strong network with

solution and implementation partners as well as non-competition companies

Actively participate and

present Infineon at external events

as speaker and scout for

innovative solutions in the market

Ensure

highly professional service management

for the related area, ensuring

adequate service and continuous improvement

with our external services providers to our customers Ensure

quality standards in documentation

of technical solutions

Your Profile

As Director IT Operational Procurement Solutions, you clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with colleagues, and regularly share your insights with them. You work conscientiously on making things better, faster, and more efficient. Moreover, you remain aware of the big picture even in complex situations and take decisions despite uncertain circumstances.




You are best equipped for this task if you have:





A degree in

IT, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science

or similar At least

8 years of experience in Procurement

/

Materials Management IT

Several years

experience in leadership and management

to guide and further grow your team Good experience and network within

affected IT software market

, with

good technology understanding

preferably with focus on SAP products Proven

knowledge of SAP ECC MM-PUR, SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Ariba Buying

Solid track record to

define IT concepts

,

develop IT project plans

, combined with practical

project coordination skills

Strong customer orientation

and application-oriented

quality awareness

Proven knowledge of AI solutions

Excellent

communication and organizational skills

paired with

initiative, motivational strength and analytical solution-oriented thinking
