Lead HER ONE’s growth marketing function with a focus on creative-led performance across acquisition, retention and reactivation. This is not a typical growth role: you’ll be obsessed with how copy, content and storytelling impact CAC, CTR, CVR, and LTV. Your superpower is turning creativity into performance and vice versa.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth & Performance Strategy
Own paid marketing channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) with a creative-first mindset.
Develop and manage full-funnel growth campaigns: acquisition, retention and reactivation.
Optimize performance KPIs including CAC, ROAS and LTV with a test-and-learn approach.
Design a scalable creative testing system for paid and owned channels.
Lead cross-functional growth initiatives with Product, Brand and Content teams.
Design and execute lifecycle marketing strategies (email, SMS/Whatsapp, retargeting) to increase customer retention and repeat purchase rate.
Collaborate with Product and CX teams to reduce churn and build habit-forming experiences.
Own CLV metrics and continuously iterate on upsell, cross-sell and winback flows.
Creative-Driven Campaign Execution
Partner closely with content creators, designers and copywriters to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Brief and manage UGC creators and video teams to produce top-of-funnel ads and social-native assets.
Build creative briefs based on data and iterate fast on winning formats.
Understand visual and messaging hooks that resonate with HER ONE’s target audience (25+ women focused on wellness).
Data & Analytics
Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to analyze performance across channels.
Translate data into creative insights and new growth hypotheses.
Use attribution tools and customer cohort analysis to inform investment decisions.

Your profile
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves:
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong emphasis on D2C performance.
Experience driving retention through lifecycle marketing, CRM tools or loyalty initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to scale paid media budgets profitably.
A deep understanding of how creative impacts performance (and vice versa).
Experience managing UGC, ad production or creative freelancers.
Strong analytical and A/B testing skills.
Fluency in English; German is a must.
Bonus Points:
Worked in wellness, supplements or female-focused brands.
You’ve personally built or scaled TikTok/Meta ad accounts.
You’ve scaled subscription or repeat-purchase DTC products.
Experience in CRO and landing page testing.
You thrive in an entrepreneurial, hands-on environment and love wearing many hats.
