Your job:
Strategic Brand Building
Define and execute digital first brand launch strategies that position our brand distinctively in a saturated beauty market.
Ensure all brand activities are consistent with global frameworks while adapted to local consumer behaviors and cultural nuances.
Identify opportunities to differentiate our brand from competitors and build long-term brand equity.
Distributor Collaboration & Influence
Act as the primary brand marketing counterpart to the local distributor group.
Align on annual marketing calendars, activation priorities, and budgets — ensuring global and regional brand priorities are executed consistently. Provide consulting, guidance, and steering for the distributor’s marketing operations, balancing influence with collaboration.
Develop and execute regional campaigns considering regional needs and relevant touchpoints.
Plan and execute regional shoots for regional campaigns.
Operational Execution
Drive end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns (Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Paid Media, POS).
Manage agencies, creators, and platform partners alongside distributors, ensuring innovation and quality.
Track KPIs and budgets, ensuring accountability and performance optimization across all channels.
Localize and adapt global content, tools, and strategies for cultural relevance and maximum impact.
Oversee reporting dashboards, KPIs, and budget tracking across all marketing disciplines.
Market Development & Insights
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform positioning and campaign design.
Feed regional insights and learnings into global frameworks and best practice sharing.
Pilot new tools, formats, and AI-driven solutions to accelerate growth.
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of experience in
brand and digital marketing
, ideally with beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.
Proven track record in
brand launches
and navigating
challenging, saturated markets
.
Experience
working with distributor-led business models
: influencing, aligning, and co-executing.
Strong balance of
strategic thinking and operational ownership
.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; strong cultural fluency in India.
Fluent English.
