What you'll do




Use your extensive practical experience to understand the digital maturity, identify digital, data-driven automation opportunities in cooperation with all stakeholders End-to-end project management: conceptualize projects, including creating business cases and implementing investments in digital technologies Ensure the compliance with IT/OT Security Standards to enable secure communication. Furthermore, you successfully implement innovative OT Solutions in the factory Consulting and actively supporting of Project Managers, Electricians etc. in IT/OT topics like Remote Access or Security by Design Approach Responsible for setting up digital tools and troubleshooting, solving or escalating problems with existing digital systems Support the digital training and the qualification of the workforce at the site a in I4.0 according to basic and advanced expertise Develop and actively implement the factory's digital roadmap Responsible for communication with the international Digital Transformation Team to ensure the tools implemented are in line with the global strategy and standards of HCB for the respective technology

What makes you a good fit




Bachelor's degree (or higher) in engineering (e.g. computer science, electrical engineering, information systems, mechanical engineering, automation, mechatronics, industry) At least 2 years of experience with Industrial IoT, Manufacturing 4.0 in an industrial environment (experience in consumer goods is an advantage) Experience in capital project management Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills to convince stakeholders of the introduction of new digital tools Fluency in German and English is required
