We are looking for a

creative and product-oriented designer

with a strong background in visual communication and content creation. In this role, you will be responsible for turning complex product functionalities and business processes into clear, engaging, and customer-facing visuals. You will work closely with Sales and Product teams to support presentations, asset creation, and documentation, ensuring our messaging is consistent, scalable, and impactful.




This is a hands-on operational role where you will have the opportunity to dive deep into our product, shape how it is communicated, and contribute directly to customer success.

Key Responsibilities





Presentation & Visual Design



Create compelling product visuals, graphics, and mockups for internal and external presentations. Design and maintain professional slide decks (mainly in PowerPoint and Figma) for product introductions, rollouts, and customer-facing events. Enable visual storytelling to effectively showcase product features and benefits.



Digital Content Creation



Design digital assets, including thumbnails, online readers, and visuals for internal and external communication. Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand identity and guidelines. Translate product functionalities into engaging visual content for different stakeholders.



Product Rollout Support



Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth product communication. Conduct quality checks on product-related materials. Proactively create high-quality content to support sales and product communication.



Document Management & Scalability



Organize, structure, and standardize product documentation for easy access and scalability. Create templates, guidelines, and documentation workflows. Maintain version control and consistency across rollout materials.



Stakeholder Management



Act as a key point of contact for Sales, Product, and Marketing teams regarding visual content and presentation materials. Align with team leads to understand requirements, gather feedback, and ensure outputs meet business needs. Take ownership of specific topics, processes, or content areas, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and quality across all materials.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise





Minimum of 3 years of professional design experience in digital content creation. Strong ability to absorb, process, and visualize complex information quickly. Independent, proactive mindset; able to take ownership and push initiatives forward. Effective communicator—comfortable aligning with leads and stakeholders. Ability to perform under pressure and at a fast pace. Genuine curiosity and a desire to deeply understand product functionality. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Figma (mandatory). Experience with Photoshop; Illustrator is considered a plus (not mandatory). Interest in generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney). Fluency in German and English.
