Provide technical support for computers, laptops, and peripherals. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software. Respond to user issues through calls, emails, and tickets. Set up new user accounts, systems, and applications. Maintain system performance through updates and routine checks. Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues. Support IT equipment like printers, scanners, and A/V devices. Document support activities and maintain IT inventory.

Valid work permit in Germany

Pay: 150,00€ per day
