As a Desktop Support Engineer, you’ll be the go-to person when things don’t work as they should. Some days you’ll be setting up new devices for colleagues, other days you’ll be fixing stubborn software issues – and in between, you’ll make sure our systems stay secure, up-to-date, and high-performing. In short: you’ll keep things running so everyone else can do their job without tech headaches.
An IT apprenticeship (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or a comparable qualification / relevant hands-on experience
2–3 years of experience in Desktop Support (Level 2) or a similar role
Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software & networks (bonus points for networking experience)
Excellent communication skills in both German
