Working

on-site in Bad Homburg from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5 pm

.




Key Responsibilities:




Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Perform some Smart Hands support for networking hardware. Troubleshoot within Windows / iOS / Android OS support, software installations, and security updates. Manage Active Directory tasks. Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).

What will you bring to ESP?




3+ years of experience providing IT infrastructure support, including hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting Proficient German and English (C1 - C2) Good command of Windows O/S Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting experience Wireless networking knowledge Understanding of network protocols, server hardware and configurations Experience with Active Directory Advantage: Basic knowledge of LAN-WAN setups and concepts
