Responsible for visual design related to company branding and marketing initiatives, including but not limited to:
. Website, landing pages, advertising visuals, posters, brochures, and product marketing materials
. Social media marketing assets for platforms such as
Independently develop design solutions based on marketing and campaign requirements, ensuring
visual consistency and alignment with brand positioning
Understand marketing objectives and optimize designs to support
brand awareness, exposure, and conversion
Translate copy and product value propositions into clear, compelling visual concepts
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams, iterating designs based on feedback and performance insights
Stay up to date with design trends and competitor visuals to continuously enhance overall brand and marketing quality
What We’re Looking For
Associate degree or above in
Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Fine Arts
, or related fields
Experience
in marketing, brand, or graphic design (B2B or B2C experience accepted;
B2B preferred
)
Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (required)
Experience with InDesign, Figma, Canva, After Effects, or Premiere Pro is a plus
Strong understanding of the German market, media landscape, and communication culture;
Excellent content writing and communication skills in
German (native/fluent)
and
English/Chinese

Self-starter with strong organizational and project management skills;
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
