We’re looking for a sharp, execution-driven Design Manager to join our Support Experience team at Wolt.
This team is reimagining how support works across all sides of our marketplace — customers, couriers, and merchants — building contextual, intelligent, and human experiences that scale across 23+ countries. From in-app automation and self-serve flows to the internal tools our Support and Operations teams use daily, the impact is wide and deep.
In this role, you won’t just manage design work — you’ll lead from the front, helping shape how millions of users experience help and resolution in moments that matter most.
This is a domain that touches every corner of Wolt — high visibility, high complexity, and enormous potential for innovation.
This role is ideal for someone who’s equally comfortable defining vision and diving into the details. You’re a natural collaborator who inspires confidence, thrives in ambiguity, and knows how to turn complexity into clarity.
