We are looking for a design engineer (d/f/m) in the area of mechatronic actuators with focus on methods, data analysis and quality.
Your new responsibilities:
We are looking for a design engineer (d/f/m) in the area of mechatronic actuators with focus on methods, data analysis and quality.
Your new responsibilities:
- Moderation of technical risk analyses (i.e.: \xe2\x80\x9eFailure Mode and Effects Analysis" (FMEA)) in multidisciplinary international teams and presentation of results to internal and external stakeholders
- Data analysis & automatization via Big Data tools and Artificial Intelligence
- Statistical Analysis of Key Quality parameters in the area of development, manufacturing and field
- Perform structured problem solving especially in terms of Design-of-Experiments (DOE), Reliability and Measurement System Analysis
- Design for Six Sigma (DfSS) Coaching
- Coaching & project support in the area of continuous improvement (LEAN) as well as Support Agile Development Deployment
- Coaching and Training Tools of virtual collaboration and digitalization
- Master\'s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Automotive / Mechatronics / Data Analysis) or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in data modeling, analysis and automatization
- Professional experience in FMEA moderation, statistics, reliability analysis and/or structured problem solving would be of advantage
- Technical knowledge in mechatronic actuators
- Knowledge of MS Office and visualization tools
- Fluent English skills, written and spoken, and good German skills
- Communication and moderation abilities as well as readiness to work in a local and international team
