Your responsibilities


Strategic Business Development: + Lead business development activities for three Business Units. Collaborate closely with global BU management to define growth strategies, plan resources, and drive implementation and follow-up of business plans. Ensure project and business success through cost optimization and technological innovation.
Leadership & Team Development: + Full responsibility for managing the Product Marketing and Product Development teams at the Hongqi site. Develop talent, competencies, and organizational capabilities within the IH organization.
Innovation & New Business Creation: + Lead the development of new technologies and products. Analyze market and technology trends and work closely with global/local PD/PM teams and FAE to define future product concepts, target applications, and target costs.
Technology Advancement: + Drive innovation initiatives and continuously strengthen technological capabilities (e.g., lab expansion, building databases for materials and application know-how). Establish and lead teams dedicated to future technology development.
Coordination with Headquarters: + Act as a key interface for business development topics, product and technology roadmaps, and new technology initiatives.

Your qualification


Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Deep expertise in magnetic component design and applications, especially in automotive markets (power conversion, communication). Strong knowledge of power electronics and typical topologies (e.g., Flyback, LLC, DAB, Push-Pull, Buck/Boost), including their requirements for magnetic components. Solid understanding of relevant international standards (e.g., IEC 61558, IEC 60939, AEC-Q, UL508, LV123/1124, CISPR25, UL746, IEC 60216). Ability to stay up to date on emerging technologies (e.g., IC development, ADAS, high-performance computing, SMC materials). Excellent English communication skills. 5 years of leadership experience in Business Development and >10 years in magnetic component development or power electronics development (e.g., inverter, OBC, UPS). Strong resilience and proactive, innovative working style; international mindset; customer-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility; committed to developing team members. Familiarity with the magnetic component manufacturing industry, supply chain, and production processes. Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing, molding, and connection technologies (welding, soldering, gluing).
