The Faculty Assistant will play a key role in supporting our faculty by managing administrative and organizational tasks, ensuring smooth operations across departments and centers in a fast-paced academic environment.

Your Tasks

Provide day-to-day administrative support to multiple faculty member Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as conferences, seminars, and colloquia. Prepare detailed travel itineraries, documentation, and arrange travel visas as needed. Process expense reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain and regularly update faculty webpages. Assist in the hiring process for professors, including coordinating interviews, managing documentation, and supporting communication with candidates. Support the onboarding process for new professors and academic staff. Maintain consistent and professional communication with a broad network of students, colleagues, and organizational partners. Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. They excel at managing complex schedules, coordinating collaborative activities, and fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Reliability, professionalism, and a collegial mindset are essential, along with the following qualifications:

University degree or completed commercial training. 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role.
