Paperwork ? Perform secretarial and general office work to assist Head of Sales with all administrative duties, including typing, filing, report preparing & meeting minutes taking, etc. ? Translation of various sales documents, sorting, archiving, ensuring Head of Sales keep abreast of relevant information Ÿ Communication and coordination ? Responsible for receiving visitors, answering in-come calls and mail handling, etc. ? Communication with other departments within the company as a sales coordinator ? Support to Commercial cross-functional activities and campaigns ? External visitor's logistic arrangement Ÿ Planning and organization ? Calendar management includes meeting arrangement, conference room booking and coordination ?Travel arrangement, including ticket booking, accommodation arrangement and processing expense reports, etc. ? Responsible for the organization of team meetings and the related logistical arrangements to ensure the convening of the meeting on time Ÿ Execution ? To assist to Sales Department office management, including attendance, stationary, etc. ? Follow up external payment of projects/activities ? Assist Head of Sales in controlling the budget well ? Responsible for attendance record maintenance and management for sales team Ÿ Business Support ? To assist Head of Sales in preparing business reports via data collection, consolidation, basic analysis, etc. ? To assist Head of Sales in preparing presentation materials per requirements. Ÿ Other ad hoc assignments
