We have a state-of-the-art dental practice at Ramstein AFB as part of Army and Air Force Exchange Services specifically servicing Military Families and Military Veterans. Our practice has a family feel and we focus on building relationships with our patients. Making sure to provide each of our patients with the best quality care.

• Data entry and updates necessary information for new and existing member\xe2\x80\x99s accounts utilizing dental software.\n
• Daily close out procedures.\n
• Maintain front office and reception area appearance.\n

• Professional verbal & communication skills.\n

• High School Diploma\n
• At least 1-2 years of administrative experience\n
• Current Driver\'s License & reliable transportation\n
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Real ID prior to starting.\n
• Dental office experience preferred\n
• Dental software experience preferred\n
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite\n
• Excellent organizational skills\n
• Strong written and oral communication skills\n
• Great interpersonal skills\n
• Leads with a positive attitude, calm approach, fairness, and consistency\n
