Job Description

1. Business Operation Management?Have a comprehensive grasp of the entire pickup and delivery process to ensure the operational quality and efficiency of the station.

2. Risk Control & Management?Effectively prevent and manage site safety risks, ensure the proper administration of mail and delivery safety, and guard against other operational risks to maintain the company’s brand image.

3. Training & Instruction?Be responsible for the training and implementation of business systems and SOPs for in-house and third-party DSPs, as well as the learning of new systems and regulations, ensuring that all staff are familiar with and proficient in their application.

4. Overall Coordination & Arrangement?Distinguish the nature of problems for effective communication, resolve routine issues or coordinate resources, and refine operational arrangements in conjunction with business objectives.
