D365 CE Technical Consultant
to join our team.
About the Role
As a Technical Consultant for D365 Customer Engagement, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical customizations and integrations for CRM solutions. You will work closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to build high-quality, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, JavaScript, and custom logic
Design and implement integrations using API/REST and Azure services
Customize forms, entities, and security roles
Provide technical input for solution architecture and system design
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
Ensure best practices in coding, security, and solution governance
Support data migration activities
Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure technical feasibility
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of technical experience with D365 CE / Dynamics CRM
Strong C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform skills
Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus
Knowledge of Dataverse and Dynamics 365 SDK
Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices
Fluent in German and English
Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365 or Power Platform)
Experience in enterprise integration or cloud architecture
