D365 BC Functional Consultant

to join our team.

About the Role

As a Business Central Functional Consultant, you will work with clients to implement, optimize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will translate business processes into system configurations and help clients improve operations in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or service management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders Configure BC modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Projects, etc.) Write functional specifications for customizations Support testing cycles, training, documentation, and go-live activities Participate in data migration planning and validation Provide ongoing system support and process improvement recommendations Deliver best-practice guidance and industry insights Collaborate closely with technical developers and project leads

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience with D365 Business Central or NAV Strong understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, etc.) Hands-on experience configuring BC modules Ability to write functional documentation and create process workflows Strong analytical and communication skills

Fluent in German and English

Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft BC certifications Experience in multiple implementation lifecycles Knowledge of Power BI a plus
