We are currently looking for \n DANISH speaking \n Call Center Agents (m/f/d) working from \n HOME.\n

  • You advise our DANISH speaking customers via phone and email\n
  • You increase customer satisfaction by solving requests promptly and competently\n
\n
\n
\nYou have exactly what we need:\n

  • \n
  • Fluency in Danish and English \n
  • Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls\n
  • PC literacy \n
  • Previous customer service experience preferable \n
  • Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines \n
  • You enjoy learning and adopt knowledge easily\n
  • You are empathetic and socially competent \n
\n
  • \n
  • A broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection) and an Internet connection with the speed of 16 Mbits/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream\n
\n
  • \n
  • Your computer needs to be directly connected to a router. It needs to support NAT (Network?Address?Translation), provide a firewall component, and must be connected to the home network by IPv4\n
